Eagle Watching Cruise Experience the American Bald Eagle up close with a
cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene aboard one of the fabulous cruise boats of The Lake
Coeur d'Alene Fun Fleet. This is a two hour cruise around the north end of Lake
Coeur d'Alene while observing the eagles. Bring your binoculars and dress warm.

In the days following, partiers dress up, get awed by brilliant fireworks, and either watch or participate in perfectly madcap games. The Taste of Sandpoint kicks off the carnival at the Cedar Street Bridge on Jan. 17, showcasing epicurean delights from some of the area's most excellent restaurants. The carnival's signature event takes place the following evening, when the Parade of Lights winds through downtown. Over the weekend, plenty of activities can be found around town, including the Adult Spelling Bee on Jan. 18 and Eichardt's K-9 Keg Pull on Jan. 20.
